Having learnt in foreign country as well as in India, I believe that the teaching should contain a thorough fundamental understanding of the subject matter and should include working examples to better understand the concept. Only a strong foundation can withstand the test of time.
Having taught students who were already very good in learning as well as students who were weak in learning, I can confidently say that I was able to motivate and enlighten the weak students to perform better in school and that gives me the utmost satisfaction that they are not afraid of subjects and school anymore.
