The teaching method depends on theoretical and practical sessions which consider the interests of the student and the discipline of the course they take. It also depends on the background of the students. Mainly the student-to-teacher-centric approach promotes active learning and critical thinking. It helps students to develop their skills. Brian storming their previous class and applying for the session make the students develop skills and differentiate their interests. Teaching students as parents helps to increase the knowledge and confidence of the students. Being a model, honest, and, optimistic to students is my ambition. Beginning from easiest to heaviest help to grow students. Make the students think about their futurity in the applicability of the course. Advance students in knowledge, skill, technology, and creativity to solve any problem in the world. giving discussions, case studies, online classwork, group discussion, and homework assignments, and responding it help students. Further, contacting junior students with senior students to share their skills and knowledge motivates students.
