I’m a passionate and certified yoga instructor with the ability to build effective relationships with the students of all backgrounds and skill levels. I make sure to dedicate and support with excellent problem solving(weight loss, PCOD/PCOS, Health, Strength training, Stress management, Flexibility) abilities. Demonstrating postures to students and support them in finding the right poses. Promising all the doubts to be clarified with good knowledge regarding the asanas. My students will actually begin to pickup a role of yoga instructor by the end of the whole sessions(min 8 to 12 months).
