A committed teacher with 20 years of teaching experience in private and public colleges. I prefer teaching students based on their need analysis. I try to address their weaknesses and help them exercising their cognitive and metacognitive abilities. I am very friendly and flexible to ensure a positive teaching -learning environment. Students usually get ground to be interactive with me even outside teaching time. They are helped to be introduced with their own potential and do better than before.
So far, I am happy with my students' performances and their learning outcome always inspires, strengthens, and zeals my identity as a teacher.
