INTRODUCTION:
My name is Musharaf Zunair I have completed my master degree from GCU Lahore from Botany department, now I’m studying for higher education MPhil from GCU Lahore. I’m teaching in a College as a part time and I’m also performing online services here on teacheron.com too. I’m teaching to grade 1 to 14. If any students wants to learn about verbal and non-verbal problems he can also contact me I’m expert in that matter too. Basically it’s a training of Pak Airforce, Armed forces and Navy entry text preparations.

ONLINE TEACHING PROFICIENCY:
As technology has become a essential part of education for that reason I have adapted various online teaching tools and platforms for teaching. So I’m well versed in conducting virtual classrooms, video conferencing, interactive whiteboards and other e-learning resources to engaged students at online platforms. I’m providing continuous leaning for my students either online or offline.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
For the improvement of my profession I continuously participated in workshops, webinar and educational conferences which helps me to stay updated regarding new technologies and techniques. Foster a learning mindset, seek feedback, I adapt deferent methods to meet the evolving needs of my students. I embrace a blend of traditional and modern teaching techniques, ensuring a well-rounded approach that caters to diverse learning styles in both online and offline settings.

CONCLUSIONS:
As ab experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching students of all grades and subjects, both offline and online I’m dedicated to fostering a love for leaning and academic excellence in my students. My passion for teaching, coupled with my adaptability to modern teaching methods allow me to make a positive impression on the educational journey of my students, helping them to grow their knowledge and experience in their respective disciplines.
