I am currently working as an administrative staff in the academe, I teach business courses and have Academic Commissions as a side hustle. I specialize in Business, Marketing, Graphics design, Advertising, Basic Accounting, Statistics, Basic Math, and even Research or Thesis writing. For almost a year of being a College Instructor, O have realized that a good and effective teaching style encompasses several key elements. Firstly, clarity in conveying information is paramount; a teacher should break down complex concepts into understandable parts. Secondly, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment encourages student engagement and participation. Additionally, adaptability is crucial; a teacher should be able to modify their approach based on students' needs and feedback. Incorporating various teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities, caters to different learning styles. Furthermore, being approachable and receptive to students' questions and concerns establishes trust and respect. Ultimately, a good teacher possesses a passion for their subject, dedication to student success, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.
