Janusz Koszucki Bioinformatician, 4th yesr PhD student

I'm a former cell biologist and a 4th-year Bioinformatics PhD candidate focusing on the large scale genomics of bacteria and bacteriophages. I'm fascinated with biology and bioinformatics and would love to share the knowledge I've acquired so far. I have experience as a tutor and have supervised students' work and internships in our laboratory.

I can teach you bioinformatics from scratch to boost your wet lab work, help with classes (eg, python, bash, snakemake) or guide you to become a professional bioinformatician.

I definitely prefer informal style of teaching.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions :)
