Learning is sharing. Students are different in learning, both quick and slow learners are mine to deal with. With different methods all students will be there. I prefer interactive method in my teaching, both student and teacher share the same stage in learning, a teacher is a facilitator and the one who shows the way but a student is the one who follow the way and walk through that way. Answers and questions gives a student a better understanding so they are more important too. I welcome any one who want to share academic ideas with me.
