I use different teaching styles depending on the diverse needs of learners. I employ the visual to learners who can learn well by seeing like charts and graphs. I use auditory to those that are good at listening. Reading and writing like text books and tactile for those who learn well on hands- on activities. I also use methodologies like inquiry- based teaching like possing of questions, active learning where learners are involved in learning process, collaboration and learning centred pedagogies. I believe that learning belongs to the learner and learning should be at the centre of learning. I focus more on facilitation rather than teaching tho I take control of learning process. I also believe that unless the learning has a positive impact to the society then it is useless. I employ different instructions during the learning process to meet different needs of learners. I also believe that learning is a process and so this has really helped me since have been able to learn alot of things during teaching and learning process and the more I teach the more I learn
