My basic and primary focus is to prepare students to achieve the specific learning outcomes. I Encourage the students individually and my first priority is to make the concepts clear to the students who didn't get it. One of my ability is that I make a strong, kind, and friendly environment with my students which makes me to get the point that whether my students understands my way of teaching or not, because I believe that creating a supportive and inclusive environment with my students is key for student's success.
