I start from scratch so that it will be easy for them to catch and perfection with fundamentals. Shruthi and thaalam is most important factor, where I concentrate on both of them. And regularity to class is the most important thing because students should attend the class without fail. Interest towards music should be supported by both parents and the students. For interest the effort will be put from teachers end also. I don't go with quick manner instead only when I am satisfied then I will teach forward. And I don't go directly to thaalam because it would be difficult for students to learn all together.
