To facilitate learning process, I prepare relevant content, develop suitable skills or methods of delivery depending on my learner's needs. Then I implement the learning process, probably through guided discussions, question and answer approach, description of procedures, observations and analysis. During the given period of time I administer continuous assessments which provide a feedback of the learning progress. Examples of such assessments include assignments. By the end of a period, I provide a report of learning, discuss it out with the learner, identified possible gaps. Upon agreeing on the report of learning with my students, then we develop a work plan for self study and research.
