    Assessment and Feedback: Administer regular assessments to evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and devise strategies for improvement.

    Student Support: Offer additional support through tutoring sessions, counseling, and mentoring to ensure students grasp mathematical concepts effectively.

    Collaboration: Work closely with fellow faculty members, department heads, and school administrators to align teaching methodologies, share resources, and enhance the overall academic environment.

    Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends, methodologies, and best practices in mathematics education. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as required.
