My name is Dr.Mercel fenila John. I have completed my BNYS degree from JSS institute of naturopathy and yogic sciences. I am expertise in yoga, meditation,naturopathy, acupuncture, diet and nutrition. I have 5 yrs of experience and I have treated more than 90+ patients, got positive results. My strengths in treating patients are gut related issues, obesity, high cholestrol, hypertension, hormonal imbalance like diabetes, pcos, thyroid ailments etc..
In yoga my expertise is therapeutic yoga,hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation techniques (MSRT,QRT, yoga nidra etc).
