Although the Online teaching trend became quite common these days, I can see lots of scopes of its improvement. As an Online teacher, my goal will be to engage all the students not just by watching them live, but to engage them in open discussions. My methodology is to make them learn with ease and fun, that's what I found the most effective way of learning. I have my own strategy to make sure the result turns out positive for the students. I think they would love to gain knowledge this way!
