I take online and offline classes
I teach ashtanga yoga, vinyasa yoga, advance level teaching,for weight loss, fitness, stress and all kind of health issues,
I teach breathing techniques, meditation and pranayam
Presently my students are participating in national and international level competition and khelo india competition
And so many students are out from ther health issues after practicing yoga
I teach perticular asanas for what they are facing problems
I teach through breathing technique it helps to get good result
