I love when students ask questions,I love to solve their problem,aslo I inspire them to be proactive,in every ways of life,to be sensible, sincere,I give them a interective environment to ask questions without any hesitation.Mosty it seems that students are not comfortable with their teachers to ask any questions,I provide them the opportunity.I give students homework in a individual topic, that's how they can practice what they have learnt.
I believe,it is make a sense to judge a student with their performance, I truly believe that we should judge a student how much affort he/she gave.
Everyone can do better with right approach and methods,so I can give students the direction to the right of success,
