As a part of noble prefession, i want to make such a warm, cozy comfortable environment for the students where they are free to share their views, express their opinion, clear confusion & learn to the fullest. My ultimate effort will be given to make clear each topic to the students. First i will present the topic, next the students will give me the oral presentation of the topic, to evaluate their understanding some tests will be taken either orally or in written to see whether the topic is clear to them or not after giving some time for preparation. Sometimes surprise test will be taken of the previous topic to see whether they complete their lessons or not. Here it is to mention that activities from school will be given top priority. I think if any student becomes consistent to their studies & also in other curricular activities, the result will definitely be excellent in every sectors.
