I use to teach in participative and active method and make sure my student is interested on what I'm teaching.
I will always expect as after every lesson my student is able to reproduce the lesson at 75%.
I'm always evaluate myself through my students and I'll not say that I'm a great teacher while my students are not practice what I teach, so my strategies and methods to make my students active and interested are what which make me a great teacher and also the research to improve every day.
