What I have felt throughout my life is a good teacher is not someone who has more qualifications but the one who fulfill your need. Just take a real life example of teaching; - when teacher try to make students understand the concept in their own way...ut takes time to process but the same thing gets so simplified when the student is being taught by his/her own friends in their own language and style.
So it is me ..your friend cum Teacher.
