Teaching must be conceptual not merely on facts or memorising methodology.
Teaching should be put in the students mind in simple ways that he would be in the position to apply concepts in his life.
I preferred teaching as simple to complex and concrete to abstract wrt to concepts regarding science or sociology.
Every student has its level of learning and teacher must assured his teaching skill which will be handy for every mentality range.
I prefer conceptual comprehension to every possible way...
And if failed to deliver i will charge only 75% of fee from the students.
After all money is not everything, the main thing which reflects is where we sincerely put our efforts to work for every child who paid us.
Teaching is a blessed job in every religion and should be kept sacred and noble all the life through.
