Every learner has a right to affordable and quality teaching and learning, as a teacher I believe for desired knowledge attitude and skills to be acquired then a teacher has to be a master of his subject area and interpersonal relation.
My 2021 kenyatta history class has been my best achievement so far as knec exams are concerned with a mean of A- 10.96 and that of 8.46 IRE 2018.
I have learnt to be patient while working towards greatness for results to be good it requires learners involvement .Which can be acquired through motivation and mentoring the learner to love the subject.
