My teaching styles and methodology vary depending to the subject matter, the learning preference of the students and the educational context. However I deploy the following learning strategies to the best of my Knowledge:
Adaptability to teaching styles in order to meet the needs of diverse learners, Passion and Enthusiasm to make learning enjoyable, Clear communication with the student, Active engagement with the student, Empathy and Understanding, Use of Technology like online resources or interactive tools which lessons more dynamic and relevant, assessment and feedback i.e feedback help student gauge their progress and understand areas for improvement, personalization for instance recognizing the individual needs and strength of each student is crucial, continual professional development by incorporating new teaching methodologies and inspiring a Growth Mindset i.e I emphasize that intelligence and abilities can be developed through effort, dedication and learning from mistakes.
In conclusion I believe what makes a teacher great is the ability to inspire, facilitate learning and create an environment where students feels motivated and supported. It's a combination of passion, adaptability and a deep understanding of both the subject matter and the needs of a students. Regards
