I am a qualified teacher from Mumbai and London with experience teaching children between the ages of 4 and 16 in a whole class, intervention groups and one to one. I have taught across the National Curriculum and have had experience of assessing pupils using progression statements to identify their next steps in learning. Also, I have been observing tutoring sessions online using Zoom. From this, I have learnt about what resources to use and where to get them, pace of lessons and how to boost pupil morale through praise and patience. I want to become a tutor because I enjoy working with children and I find the progression from start to finish very rewarding.

Additionally I have successfully helped children with Autism. I customize learning environment for each child with different special needs. If you are looking to structure the learning environment and make your child independent I can help you achieve that.

I believe that happy children are confident children, which helps them to become keen learners. This links to my teaching philosophy, in that I believe in building good relationships with pupils and inspiring their love of learning, setting positive teaching expectations for their educational journeys.
