Learning can be lot more fun provided there is someone to help you mentor you. Every learner is unique with individual talents & needs. I adopt a warm learner child approach to teaching where students are not penalised for mistakes. I lay emphasis on viewing any "mistakes" as "learning opportunities". There are no short cuts to success. Focused Hard work & dedicated practice always pay off. One just needs to be in a learning conducive environment.
