I believe in learner centered approach where l listen and curate a methodology where I engage with the learner and get feedback thus learning is fun and still we can achieve the objectives of the learning session. Integrating both technology and books in learning helps keep the learners engaged and breaks the monotony of lecturing thus the class is engaging . This has so far produced great results from the students I have where their performance improved both academically and socially they are able to express themselves well than they previously could be able to.
