1) It is extremely important to me that the student thoroughly understands what I teach. If not, I am always willing to explain over again (if required with a different approach) until the child understands the topic in question.
2) Personally involved in the child's progress and it is important to me that the student is also satisfied with my teaching.
3) Endeavor to reinforce the strengths of the student to instill confidence and work harder on the weaknesses(wherever possible).
4) Endeavor to make the class as interactive as possible.
5) Practice model papers and past board papers with the child.
6) Also provide practice papers as assignment and correct and discuss them thereafter.
7) Many of my students have scored a 100% in CA in the boards. Most of them have scored above 90%.
