My philosophical approach to teaching is inclusivity in education as I respect all learners and adopt multiple intelligence approach in facilitating learning processes. To ensure maximal learner achievement in English language and deeper conceptualisation of concepts, I embrace individualised learner centered instructional style which takes care of identified learning strengths among students. My learners are fully engaged during lessons through interactive and task based approaches both online and face to face sessions, for enhanced acquisition of requisite literacy skills. Additionally, learner exemplary achievement in English language communication and academic writing skills is my most fulfilling satisfaction as productive educator. I appreciate learner effort and determination in achievement of educational goals, fuelled by interesting and enlightening learning experiences. In furtherance, I am informed, enthusiastic, calm, focused, supportive of learner needs, and determined to ensure academic goals are fully achieved. More still, I am willingly available for my learners and readily offer unwavering support through academic counselling.
