I believe in strong and positive bonding between a student and teacher for effective learning . I believe that a teacher must the mindset of student and then try to teach him/her with easy and simple daily life example so he/she can understand well. Communication and mutual respect between teacher and student can help in creating good learning environment.my mindse is that a teacher need to be patient ans calm while dealing with students who are struggling to learn or remember things.
