Education is not complete with proper clarity about the elementary concepts, but unfortunately most of the academic institutions are failure in this respect. As a person and as a mentor I am sure that I can address these primary problems by proper communication and mutual understanding. I always believe that education is an two way process where the teachers and students learn and remember lots of things together and I love this process because it gains me in many ways and it is also pleasure to see that someone is happy with my efforts.
