I am alvina Kiran.
My qualification is B.Ed from AIOU Islamabad,
M.A Urdu from Punjab University Lahore and special education from AIOU Islamabad.
I have 15 years teaching experience in different schools and Academy.
I have two year online teaching experience .
I want to teach subject (Urdu Punjabi Pak study and special students).
I will teach students with the lesson plan,experimental learning,curriculum plans and with audio, vedio.
I want to part time teaching.
My previous students excellent results one of them top of the district level.
I am patient, compassionate, and understanding. I have excellent communication skills and i am able to adapt my teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student. I am also creative problem solvers and advocates for students.
It involves creating individualized education plans, implementing specialized teaching strategies, and promoting inclusion. It's all about ensuring that every student has the opportunity to learn and thrive. It's a pretty important and rewarding field!
