I use a learner-based method to instruct my students, sometimes I apply the psychology of the learner and teacher to understand my learner's needs and act accordingly. However, I am strict when it comes to deadlines for assignments but at the same time patient and firm. My students do well because I spare time to explain the importance of any type of education even the one a learner may deem unimportant. I encourage and push for better results. What makes me a great teacher is, I put all of my heart into what I am doing, and I take and teach all my learners, beginners and those in high school as though they are my children. Above all, I always ask God to lead me in all that I do to attain perfection.
