I am a primary teacher who knows to make a healthy bond with children. I prefer to interact more and teaches them with activities.I am believing in one to one interaction as it gives me clue to understand their strength and weakness.I give them freedom to share their feelings or problems.To develop writing skills I prefer to give them colourfull worksheets as they enjoy and learn fast.For verbal skills I give them enough time to read,then question and answers rounds between them and then they will be awarded with stars and smiles.
