I am a teacher who is passionate about the English language and literature. I find that most times,students may not want to read the literature books thoroughly and to the end and I believe that the more you read the material, the more you understand and the easier it becomes to tackle exam questions.Daily tests are also important because they help the learner remember whatever they have been taught and that is why after every lesson, I give out an assignment which also helps keep the learner busy. I encourage learners on the importance of practise through writing compositions,essay writing and also if given a chance, watching the dramatisations of the books. I believe literature is supposed to be fun;you get to see people play out characters in the books and creating the different scenarios as written. This makes the dramatisations entertaining as well as educative and in turn makes literature a source of good experiences and lessons. I am passionate about teaching learners English and Literature and helping them understand better and have a positive attitude especially towards literature.
