I Dr Akansha Srivastava, believe in delivering discussions sort of Methodology to ensure active participation by each students rather than just delivering the lecture. I also ensure the progress and growth of the child in pertaining subject from the previous ones and analyze what went wrong in case there is no improvement in the child. I also create childs interest in particular subject so students should love to study that subject rather than feel bored and burden. I also motivate students to feel free to ask any issue they may have.
