I believe as a teacher a book is enough for a good student. But a good teacher is a good motivator who can motivate any person not only a student.
I always try to motivate my student and enhance there basic knowledge. In last 12 year I teach physics as a private tutor as well as a teacher in some gov and private educational institute. I observed that, if a student has good basic knowledge about there subject, they get interest to learn as a result they will get good marks, also good rank in competitive exam. From my experience, confidently I told that. only few of my student achieve there goal only because of there hard work, book reading, self observation skill & self believe, I am just a teacher as well a learner.
