As the founding team leader of Team Atlas, established in 2016, I oversee and guide all research projects within the robotics and research team based in Bangladesh. Team Atlas has expanded significantly under my leadership, focusing on robotics projects aimed at advancing Bangladesh's robotics, mechanical, and IT sectors. Notable achievements include the development of the Atlas Mars Rover, Farmover for agricultural automation, BrainBot with artificial intelligence capabilities, Atlas – UV1 for underwater exploration, and fire rescue robots Alpha 21 and Sigma 20.

In addition to these accomplishments, Team Atlas has excelled on the international stage, securing prestigious awards and recognition. Notable achievements include:

- Gold Medal in the World Invention Competition and Exhibition 2023 in the segment of IT and Robotics at Mahsa University, Malaysia.
- 1st Runner-up in the World Robotics Championship 2023 in India.
- 2nd position in the Technovation category at Techkriti23’ IIT Kanpur, India, representing Bangladesh.
- Gold Medalist at the International Science and Innovation Fest 2022 in Bali, Indonesia.
- 4th Place in the World Robotics Championship 2022 and various other notable achievements.
