Yes i belive that teacher makes a lot of difference on the student's life, she is another parent for the child and i use friendly and dedicated approach to teach the kids. I use advance methodology and various techniques that help kids to find subjects interesting and exploring. I am trained montessiory teacher as well. I always work on enhancing the confidence of the kids so that they can share their ideas with us.
I make sure that student does not get divert or distract in the class, at the same time motivate them to participate in the class. i never make them feel embrace if they give wrong answer instead i appriciate them for their efforts, guide and support them for using the correct methods or ways to get the correct answers.
i keep the strong bond with the students during and after the class, so that they do not hesistate in discussing the doubts.
Regular revision and assissment are major part of my job and on regular basis i will vbe giving feedbacks to the parents about students performance.
Currently i am teaching students from US, UK,Singapore, Australia, India, Pakistan, Canada. and i teach almost all major subjects in additon to it help students in public speaking, commuication skillsand moral values.
Finally i ensure that your child future will be in safe hands, because for me every kid is a special child with unique quality, its the teacher who need to find out the special quality of a child.
