My teaching style with eye to eye contact with students.,by demonstration, implementation of theoretical knowledge to practical field,ppt presentation makes more attractive classes & students also interested to learn easily. I also give them some times for asking questions to clear their doubt.If needed repeat class also taken for same topic. After completing a chapter,I starts to question then to assess how much they can learn. After that I also takes written examination to evaluate their knowledge. I also use dammy which will help them to learn easily. I take classes by chalk board also. I also provide them a scope to take class for other student because that is very helpful method if students learn from his/her friend.I also provide hands on training. That is very helpful method. I also use ohp when possible. I also arrange group discussion regarding specific topic.All this method help a student to improve gradually in his/her life. They can achieve their goal positively.
