Hello and Welcome!!
I am Samir Khatri, final semester undergraduate in Bachelors in Computational Mathematics (commonly known as Computer science and Mathematics) at Kathmandu University. With great passion for numbers and science, not only do I enjoy learning, I aspire to teach how to learn about them as well. I help students master rudimentary concepts, and connect them to problem solving. I assign students reading task of around 20-30 minutes before taking the class so that students know what's coming beforehand. I intend to fill the gaps in students' learning which helps them have smooth transition to more complex problems about any subjects. Most of my classes include problem solving, which I think is the key to master any subjects. I also discuss what students think about problems, their way of approaching and tackling them, how to connect ideas and get to the solutions. With over 5+ years of experience, tutoring both online and offline, I am equipped with transferring problem solving skills to students by realizing their potential. The students I have tutored have gone from underperforming zone to scoring As, Bs, and Cs.

    I worked as a tutor for Maths, Computer and Physics for A Levels. I was assigned one class for each subjects for both AS and A2 levels. A typical one hour class included recitation and problem solving, past papers and exam style questions in particular.
