I am a student centered teacher .I encourage group discussions as well as one on one class interaction with learners .
What makes me a great teacher is that I create a good rapport with learners this makes me free with learners and readily available for them making me approachable and likable .
I deal with learners shortcomings individually taking care of both first and slow learners .I am also accommodative to special need learners as they make the class complete .
I also give time for private consultation and even online consultation
