I am a young, enthusiastic piano teacher who loves music! I love to help others develop their love for music too! I have taught children ages 4-18 for the past 6 years. I have helped students successfully take exams with the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. I help children to learn the proper technique, how to read notes on the staff, and learn the theory necessary to play the piano with success. I will teach the proper hand positioning, finger transitions, and pedal use. Over the years, I have learned to be patient with students with many different personalities and interests. I love to actively involve the students in activities while at the piano, and take them away from the piano to help them totally understand the concepts we are learning. I would love to help anyone develop and hone their piano skills. I love to work with the students one-on-one to allow for the maximum benefits of learning.
