I am an enthusiastic teacher. I use Play- Way method to make my lessons interesting and more engaging for learners. I allow children ask varieties of questions irrespective of its relevance to the lesson. I am patient with my learners and teach them at their pace. I plan child centered lessons enabling them do more of Hands- on- Activity. My lessons are from concrete to abstract. I take pride when my learners are independent, confident and able to express themselves in any situation. I help learners harness their full potentials. I equip and nuture children to be functional members of the society.
I build learners confidence in reading, writing and Mental Maths. I celebrate the strengths and weaknesses of my learners. I use positive reinforcements and also encourages feedbacks from learners, colleagues, parents and the school as a whole.
