I teach students assuming they know nothing about the subject until they become eligible to teach me the topic. Testing them regularly with classwork giving them homework and analysing their area of weakness and turing that into their strength is what I do as a teacher. I take a very friendly approach to teach my fellow students so that they feel free to share their area of problem with me without hesitating. Last but not the least I like to make my class a very interactive one because sometimes even the little things that you learn from students help you become a better teacher as learning is a two way street you.
