I'm an experienced biology tutor currently training to be a medical doctor . I have coached more than 20 students in my part time and had more than 95% of them improving their grades to 80% and above within a few months of tutorials.
I mainly use student guided teaching to help focus on the student's difficulty areas and therefore having a more wholesome approach to improving grades.
I use flashcards to help with retaining information learnt and for easy recall.
I am flexible to allow tutorials to happen at the student's/parent's convenience both time and place.
