Hi, I am Gaurav. I am a passionate physics tutor. I help students study and prepare for AP Physics 1, 2 and C exams.

I have been helping students prepare and excel at the IIT-JEE (India), NEET (India ), and AP Physics exams for the last 8 years. Several of my IIT-JEE and NEET students have secured top ranks ( AIR 3000+) in their exams.

I can work with students as per their needs. If you are new to Physics we will move slowly building concepts one after another. If you are familiar with the topic and want to build problem-solving skills, I will be able to challenge you to do tough problems and work with you to show how you can attack the problem at hand. Having solved the likes of IE Irodov and Resnick Halliday when I was in high school I am a lifelong learner in Physics. I secured AIR 2887 in my IIT-JEE exam. I graduated in Marine engineering and earned an MSc first-class with merit from City University, London, UK.

Learning and teaching Physics is what excites me and recently I have started sharing my notes at apphysicsnotes dot com. Every student, every teacher, every book is different. You should choose what works best for you. You can check out my writing and see for yourself if my visual style with less maths works for you. In general, I avoid using complex calculus and equations and focus on building Physical concepts with clarity through examples. In my experience if you have a solid understanding of physical concepts you will be able to solve harder problems without getting bogged down in complex maths.
