My method of teaching is from basics with real-time examples, based on the student's ability to understand, I change my teaching method so that the student understands the concepts and problems well. I teach by understanding the question paper pattern and I teach with an understanding of concepts and subjects which will be useful in future subjects. I teach with individual attention to each student. My students got 87 - 98% of pass percentage in subjects I have taught. I teach by referring to various textbooks on the subjects. I take care of the student until he understands the concepts and solutions to the problems. I use interrelated concepts of linked subjects also, it helps students to understand linked subjects. I was awarded as National Innovative Teacher award in 2020 by The International Institute of Organizational Research. Received Best Teacher Award from the Institute of Scholars in 2022 in recognition of valuable contribution to the academic community and the students.
