I gave my students friendly environment that they can easy share their problems and also can ask questions if they don't understand anything and have some confusion I also gave them daily life examples for understanding any topics I also provide them a good management skills by telling them how to manage their work they always try to understand my lesson if they didn't understand anything then I will give him the creative ideas and also provide them audio video aids to conclude their topics to conclude I have also 3 years experience and I know very well how to handle the pupils
