Teach in simple language, not in bookish language. Focus on clearing concepts by giving real life examples. After clearing concepts I ask students to take notes. And next day class starts with revision of last chapter. I don't move further untill students can't explain me what they have learned in previous class. If students doesn't understand concept in English I can communicate with them in Hindi and Marathi also. You just have one session of my class i guarantee you won't go to any other tution after that.
