Hi.

I'm Jeroen Buse, and I enjoy teaching very much. Every student is unique and I see it as my job as a teacher to guide you as best as possible in your own unique development. I have taught children of ages 6 and up, as well as adults.

My teaching style is about active learning and having fun. Active learning, where you as a student are really involved in a subject and use your own creativity, gives by far the best results in understanding a topic.

    English homeroom teacher for grades 4 and 6. In 2023 I also taught English to Kindergarten grade 3.
  • IT Specialist (Jul, 2004–Oct, 2018) at Gasunie N.V., Groningen

  • IT Developer (Jun, 1998–Jun, 2004) at CAP GEMINI
    I was hired by Cap Gemini for a career in information technology. Over the years I have built an international career in information technology. As an IT developer, I have worked on large projects with complicated IT and hard deadlines. My IT knowledge and English communication skills were an excellent fit in that environment. Part of my job was teaching new developers, which I liked very much.
  • Biology teacher (Sep, 1989–Jun, 1990) at Secondary School, Netherlands
    Biology teacher for higher general secondary education and pre-university education. I taught all secondary school grades, including two exam groups, with good results. This was a temporary job for a year.
